The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met each and every day. They treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion, which made a difficult time in my life much easier. It never felt like I was just another resident — I felt valued and heard. The therapy services were exceptional. The therapy team worked closely with me, encouraging and supporting my progress while tailoring my care to fit my individual needs. Their dedication helped me regain strength and confidence, and I am incredibly grateful for their expertise and encouragement. Overall, the care I received at Brookfield Health Care Center was outstanding. From nursing to therapy to daily support, every aspect exceeded my expectations.
